  2. CONCEPTO DE POBREZA POBREZA ES: “FALTA DE BIENESTAR”

  3. Para medir la pobreza necesitamos: * INDICADORES. Que es un indicador? Es un sistema de medición. Es una característica variable de un fenómeno que refleja el estado de este, y que mide su evolución en el tiempo y su incidencia por regiones o grupos. Los indicadores pueden ser cualitativos y cuantitativos.

  4. IMPORTANTE: Como medimos la pobreza ? Se puede hacer por: 1. Falta de ingresos para cubrir necesidades mínimas. 2. Educación deficiente. 3. Malas condiciones de viviendas. 4. Falta de acceso a servicios básicos.

  5. Como clasificamos la POBREZA ? • Pobres. • No pobres. • Pobreza crónica. • Pobreza inercial. • Los organismos financieros internacionales clasifican • la pobreza en: • 1. Pobreza (propiamente dicha): < $ 2.00 / dia. • 2. Pobreza extrema : < $ 1.00 / dia.

  6. INDICES: Suma de varios indicadores. • INDICES PARA MEDICION DE LA POBREZA EN HONDURAS: • NECESIDADES BASICAS INSATISFECHAS. • LINEA DE POBREZA. • SEGÚN FHIS.
