  2. Course Outline Objective The course will enable students to: • To enhance the capability of .NET framework in developing web application using ASP.NET.

Interest Group: Programming Course Outline Course Learning Outcomes (CLO) At the end of this course, student should be able to: • Identify the concept of ASP.NET web programming • Apply validation technique in application • Enhance application using database programming • Applying secure element in ASP.NET application • Develop ASP.NET application

  4. Course Outline • Synopsis This subject will cover web programming concepts in .NET framework. The student will learn how to write web application program using ASP.NET and develop an application also the skills need to develop web applications at the professional level by using web component and also apply database technique in storing and retrieving data. At the end of syllabus, small project will be developed using technique teaches for comprehensible understanding purposes.

Interest Group: Computer System and Database Rules and Regulation • If you do not submit an item of coursework, or you do not attend the exam, you will receive zero mark for that component of the assessment. If you submit neither, you will receive no gradefor the unit. If you are unable to attend the final exam, you should apply to the faculty for a deferred exam. The faculty has established procedures for this (further information is available from the Faculty Office). No excuses are accepted for not attending any quiz(s) or test(s) conducted during the course. Students are not allowed to re-sit or defer any of quiz(s) or mid term test(s).

  9. Interest Group: Computer System and Database Rules and Regulation • Students who are absent for more than 80% of the prescribed classes can be barred from the final exam which will result into receiving no grade for the paper. • Using information from other sources and not citing the source is plagiarism, a form of CHEATING. When you are working with other students, please remember that failing to contribute adequately to the project but taking full credit for other's efforts is also a form of CHEATING. If you are caught CHEATING or TRYING TO CHEAT in your assignment(s), quiz(s), test(s) or final exam, you can and will be punished accordingly and can be barred to sit for the said exam. Academic honesty is among the most important thing that is stressed out in this subject.
