Project Development Plan:Implementation plan • Implement the system on pilot basis, at the directorate and one regional directorate of the state, to ascertain its stability. • The above shall be done upon successful user acceptance testing (UAT) of modules and the system. • On successful implementation the stability of the software shall be tested across all the other regional and state directorate as well as the secretariat. • The finer details include – • Deployment of Software on Pilot basis • UAT of Functional Information System on test data • UAT of Functional Information System on live data • Rolling out of Software and UAT • Rolling out of Functional Information System across state • UAT of Functional Information System (on test and live data)

  22. Project Development Plan:Capacity building • All throughout the software development cycle training / hand holding would be provided. • DEO training during ‘data collection’. Objective is how to enter data in the data entry software • After software development, a representative from each college would be trained on how to use the software on the ‘train-the-trainer’ concept. • After MIS generating searches, training to all staff of RD, DIR and secretariat on reports usability

Project Support Plan:Change Management • Change management would be promoted by Generating Awareness, Creating Desire, Sharing Knowledge, Developing Ability and Reinforcement • We support change management by : • Constant Training programs to all level of staff. • Training curriculum from start till end • 2 no. human resources to facilitate processes within DHE • Promotion of the standardized web sites of colleges to ensure usage and involvement
