  14. Project Assumptions • Through observation the team can capture the business process of the company • Management will ensure that project team members are available as needed to complete project tasks and objectives. • The project will be accomplished on time set by the team.

The resources needed by the project team will be provided by the budget given. • If a risk will arise, it will be handled by the team through the risk assessment management defined by the project. • The system that will be developed by the team would be very beneficial to the company. • AJ Dev & Const Inc employees are willing to change standard business operations to take advantage of the functionality offered by the new computerize system.

  16. Management will ensure that project team members are available as needed to complete project tasks and objectives. • AJ’s employees (especially the Manager) will participate in the timely execution of the Project Plan (i.e., timely approval cycles and meeting when required). • Failure to identify changes to draft deliverables within the time specified in the project timeline will result in project delays.

  17. Project team members will adhere to the Communications Plan. • All project participants will abide by the guidelines identified within this project. • Every schedule, costs, e.g. may change as new information and issues are revealed.

  20. Issue Management • The data contained in the document will probably change as the development goes on. With this, modifications would be allowed and be coordinated with the following processes: • Step 1: As soon as changes which impact the major part of the project occur, the Project Management will document the issue.

  21. Step 2: The Project Manager will review the changes and determine the linked impact to the project with added recommendation. Forward the issue to the Steering Committee for them to review and decide.

  22. Step 3: The Steering Committee should make consent whether to approve, reject, or modify the request based on the Project Manager’s recommendation and their own judgment. And be forwarded to the Project Sponsor, with a written summation of the issue, for final resolution.

  23. Step 4: The Project Sponsor shall review the issue(s) and render a final decision on the approval or denial of a change.

  24. Step 5: Following an approval or denial (by the Steering Committee or Project Sponsor), the Project Manager will notify the original requestor of the action taken. There is no appeal process.
