  2. Fun Physical fitness can be fun in many ways.

  3. Healthy Cardio exercise for 20 to 30 minutes 3x a week is a great way to stay healthy. An estimated 300,000 deaths a year may be attributable to obesity. These are a few health risks associated with obesity. Premature death, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, high blood cholesterol just to name a few.

  5. Conclusion There are many benefits of exercising. You have more energy, feel better and can have a great time doing it.
