  2. what is heart rate ? • Heart rate is the number of heartbeats per unit of time, typically expressed as beats per minute (bpm)

  3. Types of heart rates • There are two types of heart rates resting heart rate and recovering heart rate.

  4. Resting heart rate • Resting heart rate is before you do anything just like waking up in the morning is resting heart rate.

  5. Recovering heart rate • Recovering heart rate is like running for 5 minutes and then stopping to get your heart rate down.

  7. How does fitness help the health triangle • Mental/emotianl if you are fit you think good about yourself. Social if you are not fit nobody wants to talk to you and be around you. Physical if you are physicaly in shape then you can do a lot more like rock climbing, football,baseball,basketball and other sports.
