  2. Formatting Cells and Multiple Sheets Today we will be working on making cells look different, things such as color, size and font will be played with. We will also be creating multiple sheets in one workbook. Today’s video tutorials can be found at http://www.gcflearnfree.org/excel2013 as usual. Please read through and watch the videos from lessons 8, 9, and 10.
  3. Assignment Change this to daily Over the course of a few years different weather patterns emerge. Today you will be looking to identify trends over the course of a few years. Step one is to find historical weather data for Saskatoon for the month of April. This can be found at: http://climate.weather.gc.ca/ Your page will look like this after you enter some basic information Change this to April 1 Type Saskatoon in this box
  4. Headings On your worksheets you need to include a title (i.e. Daily Max/Min Temperatures for April 2014) the date, the minimum temperature and the maximum temperature.
  5. Font, Format, & Color Your font for you title must be Times New Roman size 14. Your font for your headings must be Arial size 12. Your date column must be in long date format. Your minimum column needs to be light blue Your maximum column needs to be light red
  6. Years of Data You need to collect and display 10 years of data in your workbook. Each worksheet needs to be on it’s own page and titled based on the year. When you are done you should have 10 worksheets of data.
  7. Save When Done When you are done you need to save your work in: Common (Z:) Bruce IP10 EXCEL WORK NEW! Your folder
