Astronomical data the planet takes slightly more than 84 Earth years, essentially an entire human life span, to complete one orbit. Distance from sun is 2,877,000,000 km Uranus is that it rotates on its side. All of the planets are tilted on their axes to some degree, but Uranus has the most extreme axial tilt of 98°.

Another way to look at it is that objects dropped towards Uranus will accelerate towards the planet at 8.69 m/s2. The temperature on the surface of Uranus' cloud layer is -350°F Uranus is a frozen, gaseous planet with a molten core. Uranus' atmosphere consists of 83% hydrogen, 15% helium and 2% methane.
