Employees Without Access to Computers At Work • Managers – Access is required • Employees – Access is extremely important • Employees – approximate amount of computer time • Performance Planning: 20-30 minutes • Performance Notes: 5 minutes per session • Performance Evaluation: 15-25 minutes • Option A: Onsite Access • Kiosks or other computers where employees can have computer time • Managers meet with employees in front of the computer for planning and give employees computer access to do self-evaluation

Employees Without Access to Computers At Work (cont’d) • Option B: Paper-based process for the employee where employee: • Is given a hard copy of the plan to review and provide input • Self-evaluation – completed on paper and then entered into the system by manager or HR • Option C: Offsite Access • Public Libraries • Technical Colleges • State Testing Centers • Employee’s personal computer

  7. Employees Without Work Email Addresses • Email addresses are used for notification purposes in PeopleSoft • Free email accounts can be obtained by several providers, including: • www.google.com • www.yahoo.com • www.hotmail.com • Information on how to acquire these accounts will be sent in supplemental materials

HR Training • HR Administrator Training • One Day Hands-on Training • Overview of Performance Management Process • In depth system training on HR Admin functions • HR Community Training • Training design for HR leaders and trainers • Overview of the Performance Management Process and ePerformance • After training, will be able to facilitate face-to-face training of Managers and/or utilize other training resources (i.e., manager training Webcast and job aid
