  7. Team Report Options Team Report with Absolute Score Ranges To create a team report with the absolute score scale at the top of each table, choose the “Absolute Score Legend” option on the team report setup page. iWAM Professional Development Program

  8. Idea - Zsuzsanna We prepare a one-page “cheat-sheet” based on the team interpretation for the team leader and the team members to use after the session. Team members are listed as columns and the rows are each team member’s top 5 (highest) and bottom 5 (lowest) patterns (in absolute terms to know what motivates them). With information and the motivation language and behaviors, we know what to do/say and what not to do/say with whom. The chart also lists the top & bottom patterns based on relative percent scores as a constant reminder of 'how they see me‘. In the table, we might call the top part "What motivates this person?" and the bottom part "What do they dislike or what is off their radar?“ We add pages to support the lists that include: • definition for all these patterns • the pattern's pitfall • what to do/say if the person has a very high score on the given pattern. 12. Notes Where is the “Compressed Team Report” option? • It is an option beneath “One Person-One Row” format How do you get data with absolute percentages? • You can get absolute scores manually by adding the absolute score legend to your team reports. It is a check-box item on the setup menu Resistance to results in a team profile (Leader who had an issue with scales including “Problem Solving” and “Convincer Modes”) • For this, you’ll have to hear the discussion. iWAM Professional Development Program

  13. Notes How many patterns do you include in team reports? Choose some patterns? Include all patterns?
