  2. Program Vision • All Children will have the opportunity to develop their full educational, emotional, and social potential.

Identification- State Rule • High Cognitive: In-View composite score of 130 or higher • Superior Academic: Terra Nova composite score in subject area of 95%ile or higher • High Creative: Cognitive of 120 or higher and GATES of 95%ile or higher • Fine and Performing Arts: State checklist and documented superior performance

  4. Identification • Screening done for high cognitive and high academic in 2nd, 5th, and 8th grades • Screening done for high creative in 5th grade • Testing done for fine and performing arts by request • Re-Testing by request

  5. Written Education Plan (WEP) • Developed for all identified students through 8th grade • WEPs developed for High School students taking accelerated, AP, and Honors Courses in identified areas. • Developed with teacher input • Three forms: Elementary, Middle School, High School • Year-end Reports
