  3. There are three common types of skin cancer, each of which is named after the type of skin cell from which it arises. 3 types of skin cancer Squamous-cell Cancer Basal-cell Cancer Melanoma

  4. Fair Skin, Light Eyes Or Fair Hair • A Tendency To Develop Freckles Or Burn Easily • A History Of Childhood Sunburn • A Family History Of Melanoma • A Large Number Of Moles • 200 or more • 50 or more if under age 20 Risk factors

  6. Early Detection: Surgical, highly curable. After Cancer Has Spread: Chemotherapy with a single drug or combination, temporarily shrinks tumor. treatments
