  3. Menu Bar • RSC A/D Query Function Path：Delta Menu Bar →RSC Management → Query RSC A/D

  4. My Pending List CE, PUR Function • As-Is • Currently pending items are not separated by pages. So if the items are accumulated day by day. Performance will be poor because of huge amount of items display. • Now • Add page separation function to improve performance. User needs to click page number if items are not shown on 1st page.

  5. My Pending List • Add page up/down function The max items of every page is 200.

  6. Reviewer Maintain User Admin Function • As-Is • Reviewer data (CE & PUR) is maintained in Excel. User admin need to import the excel into system. • Now • A GUI-based function is developed to help user admin to maintain reviewer mapping in system directly.

  7. Reviewer Maintain How to Do Function Path：Delta Menu Bar →User Admin →Maintain MCD Reviewer (CE or PUR) If the rule is completed, excel export could be used to confirm data. Step 1：Click add icon to add a new mapping rule. Step 2：Maintain rule criteria. P/N range is set by ‘~’ symbol. Step 3：Click Save.

  8. RSC Function CE Function • As-Is • RSC B data could not be re-use. So every part needs to be scored. • Now • A same RSC data could be reused by “Copy To” and “Reference To” function.

  9. RSC Function • Add Data re-use function for RSC B survey form Function Path：Delta Menu Bar →Part RSC (B) Step 1：Select part that has been surveyed with score Step 2：Click “Copy To”

RSC Function • Add Data re-use function for RSC B survey form Function Path：Delta Menu Bar →Part RSC (B) Step 3：Query Part and Select Step 4：Click “Copy” Then the last part will re-use previous part’s RSC data. By the similar way, you can use “Reference To” function to operate on a part without RSC and link to a part with RSC .

  11. Supplier Portal-MCD input criteria Supplier Function • As-Is • MCD data could not accept ‘<‘ symbol. • Now • System could accept ‘<’ to identify MDL. Ex. If the data on test report is N.D. with MDL is 2ppm, supplier could input <2 to replace N.D.
