  1. How to to change paper size using a from a Mac Our printers only use A4 size paper but, unfortunately, some of the software package default to ‘letter’ size THIS MEANS THAT YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO PRINT UNTIL YOU CHANGE THE PAGE SIZE.

  2. Go to File Go down to Page Setup

  3. Choose the Paper Size arrows and select A4.

  4. Now, print normally: that is: Go to File Go down to Print
