  2. People Have Always Had This Desire “I Want To See Jesus” Gentiles (John 12:21) Zacchaeus (Luke 19:2-4) Thomas (John 20:25-29) You should not think that you are strange if you have this desire.

  3. How Should We Fulfill This Request? “I Want To See Jesus” Peter’s Answer (I Peter 1:8-9) John’s Answer (I John 1:1-4; John 20:30-31) We are encouraged to look to the scriptures and trust the testimony within its pages.

  4. The Testimony Of: John The Baptist “I Want To See Jesus” John was sent to preach Christ (John 1:6-7) John spoke of the superiority of Christ (John 1:15, 27; 3:30) John showed us all, that Jesus was indeed the Son of God (Jn. 1:19-23, 29, 34,36; Is. 40:1-5)

  13. The Testimony Of: Mary And Martha “I Want To See Jesus” These women believed in the power of Jesus (Jn. 11:21, 32) Martha even believed Jesus could raise Lazarus (John 11:22) Martha even believed in a future resurrection and that Jesus was God’s Son (John 11:23-24; 27; 45-47)

  14. The Testimony Of: Disciples At Supper “I Want To See Jesus” Peter had already given record of Christ’s abilities Even at the end of His ministry, the disciples believed on Him (John 16:30) The disciples had several years to know Jesus and they conclude… Son of God!

  15. The Testimony Of: Pilate The Judge “I Want To See Jesus” Pilate examined Jesus and said, “I find no fault in Him” 3 times (John 18:38; 19:4-6) The crowd would cry, “crucify Him” as Pilate gave in Pilate’s original verdict proves that He was falsely accused, beaten and murdered.

  16. WE HAVE SEEN THE TESTIMONY “I Want To See Jesus” Will you believe, even though you have not seen Him? Will you give Him your life, because He gave His life for you? The testimony is overwhelming and cannot be denied!

  17. If You Want To See Jesus Someday... “I Want To See Jesus” HEAR John 12:48 BELIEVE John 8:24 REPENT Luke 13:3,5 CONFESS Matt. 10:32-33 BAPTIZED Mark 16:16 FAITHFUL Matt. 24:13

  18. ALL WILL SEE JESUS AGAIN... “I Want To See Jesus” Some to condemnation, some to salvation (II Cor. 5:11) Will you say, “I will not believe, unless I see Him” or “I will believe so that I can see Him” If you wait to see Him before you believe, it will be too late!!!
