Study of LBs Localization in EPM2A-Inhibited Neurons

This research investigates the subcellular localization of LBs in EPM2A-deficient neurons through PAS staining and tubulin labeling. Analysis compares LB presence in dendrites and cytoplasm of 3-month-old and 13-month-old wild-type and EPM2A-deficient neurons. The data is depicted in Supplemental Figure 1.
