WHAT IS MENSTRUATION?
Menstruation is also known as a period or monthly discharge of blood from the inner linning of the uterus throught the vagina .
Bleeding usually lasts around 2 to 7 days . Menstruation stops occurring after menopause , which usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age .Periods also stop during pregnancy and typically do not resume during the initial months of breastfeeding. Common signs and symptoms include : 1. Acne 2. Tender Breasts 3. Bloating 4. Feeling Tired 5. Irritability 6. Mood Changes
