Introduction • A skin condition associated with inflammation, acne often occurs in teenage years • According to the studies, Women experience acne in their 40s at a rate of 30%. • Inflammation and clogged pores are among the most common causes of adult female acne. • Hair styling products, cosmetics, face care products etc can cause breakout and acne in adults.

This includes blocked pores. • Hormonal Variations are another major reason for female adult acne. Menstrual cycles and pregnancy can cause hormonal variations in females.
