  4. GROUP DYMANICS in The Lord of the Flies: • Based off of the activity today, what factors affect group dynamics (the functionality and interaction)? • Consider the theoretical scenario and also what made your group successful or maybe not so successful today during the activity.

The name of the group’s society. • One GOOD aspect that makes for a FUNCTIONAL and PRODUCTIVE society. There could be more than one! • Optional: Any bad aspects that would be the DOWNFALL of the society. • Jot down one question you still have for the group.

Write one statement (1 to 2 sentences)below on what you believe is one thematic message in the novel. Remember, a theme is a “big idea” either explicitly or implicitly presented by the author.

What might Golding’s political critique be in Lord of the Flies?
