SPONGE CAKE ANE GINE AND NEREA GOMEZ
INGREDIENTS • 3 eggs • 1 lemon yogurt With the yogurt cup: • 1 cup of oil • 2 cups of sugar • 3 cups of flour • 1 sachet of baking powder
STEP 1 • Switch on the oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
STEP 2 • Break the eggs into the bowl and add the sugar to it. Then whisk everything.
STEP 3 • Pour the flour into the bowl slowly and beat it.
STEP 4 • Put the lemon yogurt into the bowl and beat it.
STEP 5 • Put the oil into the mix and beat it very well.
STEP 6 • Put the baking powder into the mix and beat it.
STEP 7 • Grease the cake tin with butter and flour and put the mix in it.
STEP 8 • Put the baking tin into the oven.
STEP 9 • When the time passes ( 40 min) take it out of the oven.
FINALLY… • Taste it.
