  2. What To Pack • Pack light! • Comfortable shoes • Watch/Travel Alarm • Phrase book • Bring 1 set of dress clothes for company visits (no jackets required)

  3. Currency • Bring a small amount of Euros for your arrival • Bring a small calculator for conversions • ATM & credit cards are convenient • Exchange desk at rail stations

  4. Doing Laundry • Laundromat nearby • Bring your wallet! • A load will cost $7 or ? Francs • machines take 10 or 2 franc coins • Buy a large bottle of detergent and share with other classmates

  5. Jambon & Fromage? • A decent meal will cost ~$20 • Sandwiches on baguettes are available in every café • Bring your phrase book to dinner to decipher menu items • Tipping is not expected
