  2. Radio room • The radio room is where the they listened to coded messages. • The listener would write the messages and then the runner would run it to the decoder. The decoder unscrambled the letters.

  3. school/shop • In the schools they had sellotape crosses on the • windows to stop the glass coming in. • We made our own identity cards. • Then we did some world war 2 shopping.

  4. Air raid • We went down under Beaumanor into the cellar. • We listen to real air raid and bombing noises.
