  6. SNACKS FOR TRIP • MmeCrook will be organizing snacks for the trip.

  7. Parent Chaperones4 male teacher chaperones2female teacher chaperones • We need 1 male chaperone. • We need 3 female chaperones. • Complete “Request for Parent Chaperones” form by February 24, 2012. • A random lottery draw ~ selection for chaperones • No cost for chaperones

  8. Room Assignment • In June, students will have an opportunity to request up to 5 different roommates. • Parents will need to sign the requests. • We will endeavor to honor as many request as possible.

  9. Packing… • Runners with laces • Rain coat with hood • Bathing suit, towel and plastic bag for swimming • Toiletries • Pajamas • 2 pairs of pants (wear a pair, bring a pair) • 1 pair of shorts • 2 sweaters (wear a hoodie, bring a hoodie) • 3 pairs of socks • Undergarments • No Electronics (including Iphones, Ipods, and cameras) as per parent meeting on February 15, 2012 • Disposable camera if desired • Backpack for exploring
