Hypotheses and rationale bivariate
Hypotheses and RationaleBivariate

Young black men and other minorities are subject to be murder victims especially if unemployed. Black males are disadvantaged

compared to men of other races and ethnicities in regards to legal procedures such as trials, penalties, and punishments. In most

murder cases, if the murder victim is white, the defendant is much more likely to receive a harsher punishment. In most murder

cases, minority defendants are more likely to receive a very harsh punishment mostly resulting in death sentences.
