The Respiratory System Today’s Objectives: Student will be able to explain the role of the respiratory system. Student will be able to identify the major structures of the respiratory system (trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, alveoli). Students will be able to explain the relationship between the cardiovascular and respiratory system, also known as the cardiorespiratory system.
The Respiratory System Check it Out! This system allows you to breathe! It’s role in the body is to exchange gases between the environment and within the body! It gives us a constant supply of oxygen while ridding the body of carbon dioxide.
