  4. PROCESS • Gather information • Reach out to interested participants • Hold a community Workshop • Establish project goals • Create Draft Streetscape Plan • Meet with community to share Streetscape Plan; Revise as needed • Final Plan Review with Community

  5. STREETSCAPE GOALS • Make sidewalks and neighborhood safer • Improve “walkability” of sidewalks • Improve appearance of district • Bring some of the Hollywood Blvd “walk of fame” glamour to east of Gower

  25. PEDESTRIAN LIGHTING MORE CLOSELY SPACED SHORTER THAN STREET LIGHT POLES ORIENTED TO THE SIDEWALK STATE LAW REQUIRES AN ELECTION OF ALL THE AFFECTED PROPERTY OWNERS AND MAY BE INSTALLED IF 51% AGREE TO AN ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FOR INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS.
