  2. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN DE PACIENTES • Peso corporal: • IMC  40 • IMC  35 con comorbilidad médica • Fallo de tratamiento no quirúrgico en la reducción de peso • Ausencia de alteraciones endocrinas que puedan causar la enfermedad • Estabilidad psicológica:

  6. BYPASS BILIOPANCREÁTICO MATERIAL Y METODOS INDICACION: IMC > 40 o > 35 comorbilidad asociada COMORBILIDADES : - DM - HTA - Sd. Apnea de Sueño - Otras (Hiperlipemia, artrosis,hipogonadismo cardiopatías, neumopatías diversas)

  8. BYPASS BILIOPANCREÁTICO MATERIAL Y METODOS SEGUIMIENTO Transito con gastrografin: Todos los pacientes previa tolerancia CONSULTA:3,6 y 12 meses - Monitorización prot.totales,albumina Fe,Ca, vit. B12 y ácido fólico, transaminasas. - Hemograma y coagulación - Tolerancia alimentaria,ritmo deposicional y evolución ponderal. - Valorar lipodistrofias y posible corrección - BAROS 2º año Coordinación entre las consultas externas de cirugía,nutrición y dietética, y psiquiatría
