How did we do it? • Collaboration was at the core – Distributive Leadership • Formed a Student Centric Learning Team (parents, students, trustee, teachers, administrators, community & business • Reviewed literature • Inspiring Education, Ministerial Order (May 2013), AB ED HS Flexibility Project & other resources • Scoop-it http://www.scoop.it/t/chs-innovative-education • Road Trips to High Tech High, Olds & Springbank • Debriefing sessions • Backwards By Design Planning approach
