  2. Miksi otsikon kysymys • Euroopan maiden osallistuminen heräämässä, jopa kasvussa • Kisat olleet viimeksi Euroopassa v. 2000 Prahassa • IAF:n tahto ja japanilaisen puheenjohtajan ja sihteeristön vahva halu saada kisat Suomeen • Taitajaplus –mallin levittäminen

Mitä Oulun Abilymbics seminaarista jäi käteen • Kiinnostus erityistä tukea tarvitsevien kilpailutoimintaan kasvussa eri tahoilla • Työnantajien halu kehittää työyhteisöjen monimuotoisuutta • Eri maiden demografinen kehitys – työvoimapula • Erityistä tukea tarvitsevien ammatillisen koulutuksen kehittyminen • Yhteistyömahdollisuudet WS- ja ES -toimintoihin • Tieto asiasta levinnyt laajalti

Miksi kisat pitäisi järjestää Euroopassa • Uutta näkökulmaa erityistä tukea tarvitsevien kilpailuille • Eurooppalaisen verkoston vahvistaminen tällä sektorilla • Eurooppa osa globaalia IA -perhettä • Maailmassa on 650 milj. vammaista, joista toki 90% on kehittyvissä maissa • Tapa tehdä kehitysyhteistyötä

Miten prosessi 2015 kisojen osalta etenee • 9.11.2010 IAF:n EXCO:n kokouksessa alustava ilmoitus halukkuudesta • 25.- 30.9.2011 Korean kisat, jonka yhteydessä General meeting, jossa valitaan 2015 kisaisäntä • Skills Finlandissa tehdään selvitys, mitä kisojen järjestäminen Suomessa merkitsisi (taloudellisesti)
