Evaluate this statement on the basis of evidence presented in this course. • Describe the evolution of key economic policies in Latin America from the late nineteenth century to the present. Are you optimistic about the region’s economic future? • Analyze the role of Catholicism in Latin American society. Has it varied over time and place?
