The SPuK project focuses on providing language and cultural training for unemployed asylum seekers and refugees, helping them to integrate into the healthcare sector. Over 27 months, participants undergo three qualification modules: an intensive language course, practical lessons in healthcare basics, and a traineeship accompanied by lessons. The program has formed 205 contacts between migrants and local healthcare providers, improving communication and understanding of healthcare procedures. The project empowers participants to pursue careers in healthcare, fostering personal sustainability and improving community integration.
