SFY 2013 Measures • Residential and Community Stability measure is being deleted for SFY 2013 • Three new measures are included in a new section for Gatekeeper Measures • Individual provider targets for Average Monthly Number Served will be distributed prior to July 1, 2012 Spring Provider Meeting May 2012

Face-to-Face Compliance Implementing 7/1/12 ■ Focus on responsibilities defined in 440 IAC 5-1-3.5 □ monitoring compliance of 30/90 day visits ■ Applies to all client’s enrolled by the gatekeeper □ no exclusions □ Gatekeeper SOF CRA and Recovery Summary ■ SOF Gatekeeper Visit Detail Compliance Report □ within 30 days of admission – required face-to-face □ every 90 days thereafter – face-to-face or approved alternative ■ Target – 90% quarterly compliance Spring Provider Meeting May 2012
