  3. Goods – Tangible objects that are useful to consumers

  4. Services – Intangible and include tasks or acts performed for a customer for a price or fee

  5. Sports Marketing – The process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of sports ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives

  6. Entertainment Marketing– Involves the use of entertainment to develop, promote and distribute goods and/or services to satisfy the wants and needs of customers.

  7. Participant– A person or group that participates or partakes in the event

  8. Spectator – Observers of an event

  9. Sponsor – Businesses or organizations that pay to associate their names or products with a sporting event

  10. Event Marketing – Designing or developing a live themed activity, occasion, display or exhibit, such as a sport, music festival or concert to promote a product, cause, or organization
