Sleeping • Need good sleep, at least 7 hours • The first 2 hours of sleep are your growth hormone. • If you don’t get enough sleep, it can lower your growth hormone so you won’t grow as much
Recommended food • Milk, fish, eggs, meat, protein and fruit + veggies • Also eat a ton of food with amino acids and vitamins • Eating all those foods make your bones stronger and help you grow
Additional info • Make sure you have a comfortable bed so you can get the sleep you need • At least one glass a milk a day should be a habit for everyone. Some of us only drink water except for lunch and cereal. Well milk helps you to grow more. Like your hair and fingernails. Also the more milk you drink the stronger you will be. • In your body there are growth plates and when they are open it allows you to grow.
