PURPOSE / POINT OF CONTACT FOR RFI’s • Provide a brief overview of the Request for Proposal (RFP) • Provide an opportunity for you to identify any issues with the RFP; clarify evaluation factors • Ask and write down any questions relative to this project via a Request for Information (RFI) • CAUTION—Today’s Q&A’s are not contractually binding!

EXPERIENCE / PAST PERFORMANCE Experience pertains to the volume of work completed by a contractor that are comparable to the types of work described under the definition of recent, relevant projects, in terms of size, scope, and complexity. Past performance pertains to both the relevance of recent efforts and how well a contractor has performed on contracts. Relavant Project: For purposes of this evaluation, a relevant project is further defined as previous overhaul and replacement of commercial-grade chillers with a similar degree of complexity and dollar value. Offerors shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience with comparable work.

  9. PAST PERFORMANCE (pg. 11) Offeror should submit a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for each of the experiences provided in Factor 2-Experience only if a completed CPARS is not available. Clients may submit PPQ’s directly to the Contracting Officer if desired.
