  6. INVOLVE YOUR CEO Ask your CEO to provide and email or letter of support to all staff Talk to your CEO about attending the campaign kickoff Ask your CEO to make the first pledge

  7. RECRUIT A TEAM

  8. SOLICIT LEADERSHIP DONORS Leadership giving for our United Way begins at the $1,000 dollar level. Your United Way staff person can help you put together a special solicitation or event for people at that level or prospects. Don’t forget Fast Track!

  9. EDUCATE & COMMUNICATE

  10. HOLD GROUP MEETINGS

  11. INCLUDE EVERYONE

  12. USE INCENTIVES & SPECIAL EVENTS Competitions Entitles bearer to one day off with pay Raffles

  13. MONITOR YOUR CAMPAIGN AND REPORT RESULTS
