  2. Workgroup 137 Update Issue Statement: Address issues and improvements in Full Service electronic documentation and mail quality reports and assessment feedback. Start Date: Aug. 10, 2010 Sunset: May 2011

  3. Actions • Reviewed Mail Quality Reports (including VAE Invoice Report) and Full Service ACS updates from the Nov. 7 and Jan 2 releases. • Maintained issues list concerning feedback. • Reviewed future release enhancements and provided additional suggestions for improvements.

Actions & Recommendations • Verification Assessment Evaluator • Errors and discount removal process reviewed • Documented issues and suggested improvements • Concerns were sent to the leadership regarding the discount removal • Full-Service Discount Removal for eDoc Errors was postponed with no new date • Still reviewing process and reports so information can be utilized to correct errors

  5. Actions & Recommendations • Full-Service ACS Billing • November release provided capabilities to invoice Full-Service mailers who incur charges for ACS • Reviewed process and documented issues • In January, billing was postponed with no new date for activation • Delivery Point Validation (DPV) Errors • In January release DPV issues were listed as errors vs warnings in the Mail Quality Reports • Reviewed and recommended DPV issues should be warnings • DPV issues changed to warnings in patch release

  6. Future Actions • Complete eDoc Error / VAE Process Review • Review report changes with Start-The-Clock • Make final recommendations for Full-Service feedback • Sunset workgroup
