1. Goodbye We say goodbye to some of our teachers this term who are moving onto pastures new – Mrs Middleton, Miss Bannister, Miss Dootson and Mrs Nazokatova. We wish them all the best in their new jobs. You will be missed. We welcome Mr Kewley our Reception teacher, Miss Ervine our Year 4 teacher and Miss Wyne our Year 5 teacher. 01254 54851 Local artist Brian Healey has been working for some of our children this week. They have all had lots of producing some beautiful artwork. Sports Day Letters will be given to children next week regarding the exact details of Sports Day. • Reminder • There has been an increased number of children coming to school late this past week. • You are reminded that the school bell rings at 8:50 – your child must be in school for this time. • School door is open for children to come in from 8:35am. • If your child is off due to illness or will be coming late due to an appointment, please inform school as soon as possible. Thank you. • Please can you pay any outstanding dinner money or milk money owing for your child. • Thank you. Sun Protection With the warm weather we have had the past week, please can you send a sun hat to school with your child – Thank you Year 6 are this term’s display competition winners. Well done Friday 12th July 2013Newsletter Breakfast Club Tuesday Treat next week will be ‘Hot Chocolate with Biscuits’. Breakfast club is £1 and everyone is welcome. Your child will have a pack of leaflets and some offers to use for days out in the summer holidays. We hope you find these useful. Fantastic Friday Children who don’t usually have a school dinner have the option to have one on Fridays. Fantastic Friday menu for Friday 19th July 2013 is: Fish and Chips Cheese and Onion Lattice Finger with chips Baked Beans Sweetcorn Milk and water Dessert – Ice Lolly Please ensure there is consistency in your child’s lunch during the rest of the week.
