Gene Expression Analysis of SVT-Positive and SVT-Negative Cell Lines in Lactating Mice

This study investigates the gene expression profiles of SVT-positive and SVT-negative cell lines derived from normal mice on the first day of lactation. We focus on the expression of critical genes, including E2f1 and Cdk1, that may influence breast cancer development. By comparing these profiles, we aim to uncover potential molecular mechanisms underlying SVT's impact on tumorigenesis and tumor progression. Our findings highlight the significance of these gene expression changes in relation to lactation and breast cancer biology.
