  3. Calvin Coolidge Harding’s Vice President, eventually became the 30th President of the United States. Advocated for Laissez-Faire politics Didn’t use Federal economic power to check the growing boom. “You lose.”

  4. “Red Scare” Americans feared the spread of communism following their successful revolution in Russia. People resented Europeans, they felt that they started WWI. There was a growing movement of nativism in America. Sacco and Vanzetti. Palmer Raids.
