  3. Reporting • School designee reports students who have a personal curriculum in place • Program Participation Component • School designee reports type of PC and specific modifications for each student • Personal Curriculum Component (below)

  4. Personal Curriculum Credit Modification • The Personal Curriculum Credit Modification component identifies; • Academic area that is being modified by the personal curriculum

  5. Characteristic Details • 7 Codes to choose from representing the academic area of modification that the students PC could include. • The system will only allow the user to enter one of the seven options. • There may be multiple Characteristics entered if a students PC contains multiple modifications.
