  1. Good afternoon, On behalf of the University of Delaware , I would like to invite your business to participate in our newly developed Community Outreach Program. We believe that building partnerships with small and minority businesses is fundamental to community outreach and a goal closely aligned with the University’s guiding principles. The Community Outreach Program was implemented to provide improved access to University procurement opportunities to small, economically disadvantaged, veteran owned, minority owned, women owned and local businesses. The program seeks mutually beneficial relationships that add value to the University and contribute to the development of diverse businesses through workshops and consultations with the Small Business Development Center. Getting Started To register as a UD supplier, you must submit the following: W9 Supplier Questionairre The information you provide updates our Supplier Directory, a database that allows our buying staff to contact you with opportunities and links your expertise with our needs. If we need your product or service, the Community Outreach Coordinator or a buyer will contact you with information regarding the next steps and other pertinent details. If there is no current need, your information will remain in our database for future requests from our purchasers. Procurement UD Web

Supplier Information Questionnaire Instruction/Purpose: In order to comply with various government regulations and to update our supplier information files, please complete all required fields and submit. After review, your business will be added to our Supplier Directory and you will receive a confirmation email. Use our Program Qualifications page as a classifications reference.
