Conclusion and recommendation: • The draft consolidated implementation plan, to be presented. • Recommendation: • Implement Child Justice Act, 2008, on 1st April 2010, with existing resources; • Allocate additional resources as funds can be reprioritised by Departments or augmented by National Treasury. 4
