Empowering students through international projects, vocational training, and innovative teaching aids. Challenges and opportunities in a dynamic educational landscape.
E N D
high professional level of teachers, • creating and realisation of international projects • our teachers take part in writing school books, materials and worksheets for technical schools of transport • the vocational training in school workshops and private companies is very important for our graduates‘ future occupation • we have our own driving school including 3 private cars, 1 lorry and 1 motorbike
there are not many financial resources for modernisation of school and its equipment (the same is for all educational system in our country) • we don’t have our own school canteen, a common room for school actions and outdoor sport area • we don’t have modern books and educational aids • some students don’t care about good school results
enough job positions for our graduates in our region • our graduates get special qualification for business in road transport, which can help them to work in our country and the other European countries • many our students have a chance to study at the universities • the teachers and students are very creative and handy, they make their own educational aids for school and for their final school-leaving work
low natality (weak population years) – it’s rising these days, but we will appreciate it after a couple of years • there are many secondary schools in Bratislava, and the new ones are still appearing (mainly the private schools) • some students don’t want to accept authorities, they can’t make difference between good and evil, they are satisfied with average school results, some of them become vandals etc. • many (especially young) teachers give up teaching and look for a better paid job
