(1min) • Demonstrate the Team’s results by using the scoreboard as a reference. (1min) • Process adherence (Team Status Report – 1min) • What has changed for you as a leader since following the 4 Disciplines? (1mins) • Pitch new WIGs & Leads (if required) (3mins) • What are you looking forward to across the next 6 months with yourteam?(1min)

INSERT TEAM NAME • 1&2: INSERT WIGS and LEADS (text) • Eg: • WIG1: Increase sales from USD 0 to USD 2.5M by 30/06/14 • Lead1: Achieve 213 Planned revenue generating sales calls by 30/06/14 • Lead2: Achieve greater than 20 pre-planned revenue generating sales calls per sales person per month through to 30/06/14

INSERT TEAM NAME • 3b: INSERT images of scoreboard from PDF’s printed from my4dx.com see example on next page • Detailed instructions to obtain these scoreboards: • Login to my4dx • From your WIG Session select “Print” (above Leads) • Then select “Goal History” • Select the “Options” Button • From the Check box options the appear, only “Show Future Projection” is to be checked • Print as PDF and then copy and paste into your PowerPoint

INSERT TEAM NAME Process adherence – insert summary from Team Status report - see example on next page(Team Status Report – 1min) • Detailed instructions to obtain report information: • Login to my4dx • Select “Reports” > “Team Status” Report • Then use the “check boxes” to select the team you wish to report on, including team members. • Then Select the predefined range of last 3 months • Then push the “Refresh Report” Button • Copy an image of the report to your PowerPoint, on a PC use the print screen function; on a mac, use command+ctrl+shift+4 to select an area, then command+v to paste into your document.
