  5. 1 Vehicle testing - Status • VW Passat 2.0 TDI tested by JRC and VW in 2012 • Shipment in spring 2013 to one additional test site (?) • BMW X328i & BMW X1 to be tested by JRC until April 2013 and by BMW in Munich/Steyr (May 2013) • NB: Initial plan (4 vehicles, 2 sites / vehicle), already at 75% • Other test plans under preparation with the voluntary organisations/companies

  6. 2 Data requirements • Vehicle conformity on NEDC (Lab) • Vehicle CO2 emissions on WLTC, per phase and at 5, 15 and 25 oC (Lab) • Vehicle on-road emissions on 2 test sites, 3 test routes per site (PEMS)

  7. 2 Data requirements • TEST PLAN, overview of test cycles and conditions for Lab and PEMS • REF: Test_schedules_RDE-LDV_V7 • PEMS TEST PROTOCOL includes the parameters required to apply the 3 data evaluation strategies (e.g. Engine torque, speed were added for the TUG method) • REF: JRC Guidance document, to be presented at the next RDE meeting, including the reporting templates

  8. 3 Tools and responsibilities • Presentation of tools in the next RDE meeting? • Management of the three tools by TUG, TNO, JRC

  9. 4 Revision of the RDE work plan • A revision of the work plan will be presented at the next meeting. Will be revised or updated: • Planning of experimental activities • Responsibilities for the development of the RDEevaluation methods • Tools and reference documents
