  7. The Proposed Framework The extent that the leader is able to apply his/her conceptual skills to define reality, set directions and vision, and make important decisions for the organization.

  8. The Proposed Framework The extent that the leader applies his/her mental and emotional intelligence as well as interpersonal skills in dealing with his/her subordinates from diverse backgrounds and the ability to empathize the subordinates’ expectation and needs
