DT personnel matters • Pascal Blanc (started on 1 March) • Magnet controls team • Piquet service • General electro mechanical support • Paolo Beltrame • Marie Curie Fellow (Postdoc), 2 years • ATLAS ALFA and AX-PET project • Didier Gabriele will join DT on 1 May • Mechanical designer (currently with ALICE) • Will continue mainly on ALICE projects • Didier Piedigrossi with deputy Jaap v. Beelen • Will take over from Daniel Fraissard responsibility for gluing service (B16) • Robert Kristic is new TSO of B 20/21/168 (taken over from R. Rey-Mermier) • Charles-Henri Denarie, will take over from Daniel Fraissard TSO role for B16

  3. 2009 MARS exercise • All MARS interviews done and all forms filled (79 !) • We proposed 2 x 79 steps + some additional ones (not sure that we will get them). • The highest step proposal was P+2. • We proposed premiums of a total of 12.000 CHF (in portions of 1000 or 2000 CHF). ~4000 CHF still available for premiums later in 2009. • All our proposals for CP (1) and SB changes (6) were assessed with positive result. • Final decision is with DG!
