Demand letter We “manufacture” evidence for “U” • We assure that our demand letters would serve as a catalyst to settlement. • Even if no settlement results, setting out the case in a formal letter affords an excellent opportunity to lay the case before the judge in a carefully organized way that will likely be permitted to use in court.
