Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Document Number: KOC.SA.024 • Purpose / Scope: • The document is intended to establish a system of Job Safety Analysis for all non – routine • activities which are being carried out in KOC premises under work permit authorization. To • identify hazard and precautionary measures for safe execution of the job • The following are the key actions/deliverables indicated out of this procedure for the purpose of induction only, enabling contractor to estimate basic resource requirements (it does not mean that the other actions/deliverables are not applicable): • Analyze each job by breaking down into a sequence of steps/tasks identifying potential • hazards as well as assessing the degree of risk against each step (whether the task to be • carried out under PTW or Non-PTW system). • Take precautionary measures to control the risk before the job is performed. • Record all JSA analysis and its precautionary/control measures • Job site Supervisor shall be trained/training to be provided to enhance skills of JSA
